PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Executive Coordinator supports the President and the Senior Leadership Team at the Deer Valley Resort. The role includes traditional administrative support but is also a trusted partner in communication, planning, execution and cross-functional coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to the President, including calendar management, expense management, travel coordination, confidential documents including notarization, etc
  • Support planning and logistics for leadership offsites, board meetings, and other key events including visiting executives from other resorts and Alterra


Strategic Coordination

  • Track and manage the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) priorities, agendas, and deliverables to ensure timely progres. The SLT is a group of ~10 leaders responsible for all key functions of the Deer Valley Resort and meet weekly.
  • Monitor follow-through on action items, supporting accountability and momentum on projects


Communication & Stakeholder Liaison

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the President, Vice Presidents, and internal/external stakeholders including the Executive Team for Alterra
  • Ensure information flows effectively across departments to support decision-making and organizational cohesion.


Operational Alignment

  • Help ensure leadership initiatives are aligned with organizational goals
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to drive execution of strategic priorities
  • Readiness to work in the operation during peak times including select weekends and holidays


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
  • Ability to work indoors in an office environment with occasional offsite meetings or events.
  • Ability to work outdoors to support the guest experience and operation


DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Year-round, full-time position.


PAY RATE:
  • Pay: $90,000 - 95,000 per year
