Are you a licensed health insurance professional with a passion for helping retirees navigate their Medicare options? Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Benefit Advisor, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact-without the hassle of cold calling. Position Overview: As a Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor, you will guide retirees and pre-Medicare individuals through the process of selecting the right insurance plans, including Medicare Advantage, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. You'll provide education, conduct needs-based assessments, and ensure a seamless, compliant enrollment experience-all while delivering exceptional customer service. Schedule & Shift Details: * Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST * Shift Hours: * Standard: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST * * Peak Season: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM CST * Must be available to work any 8.5-hour shift (including a 30-minute lunch) within these hours, five days per week. * Consistent weekly schedule provided during production season (AEP). * Potential for 4x10 shifts may be available closer to AEP. * Non-Paid Holidays (RHS Closed): Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (Observed) * Shift assignments are based on business needs and customer demand across time zones. Flexibility is essential. What You'll Do: * Engage with pre-set appointments-no cold calling required! * Deliver a "WOW" experience at every customer interaction. * Educate clients on Medicare options and conduct personalized needs analyses. * Enroll retirees in appropriate plans using compliant scripting. * Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs. * Respond to inbound service calls, voicemails, and internal chat requests promptly. * Follow up with prospects and manage your appointment pipeline. * Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy. * Stay current with licensing, AHIP, and carrier certifications. What You Bring: * Active Health Insurance License (Life license a plus). * At least 1 year of sales experience (Medicare sales preferred). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multitasking across multiple screens. * Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. * High ethical standards, reliability, and a team-first mindset. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
