Remote Paralegal Assistant - Contract Opportunity (Intermediate Level)

Key Responsibilities: * Conduct research and validate legal names of corporate entities using official registries and legal databases. * Identify and resolve discrepancies in corporate identity, structure, and documentation. * Review corporate filings, merger agreements, and organizational documents. * Support due diligence efforts in mergers and acquisitions. * Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate corporate records. Must-Have Skills: * Contract management and vendor contract oversight * Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) * File and document management * Strong research and analytical skills * Familiarity with legal databases (e.g., Secretary of State websites, EDGAR) Nice-to-Have Skills: * Project tracking * Paralegal certification or equivalent experience * Experience with corporate structure changes (e.g., LLC to Inc., S-Corp transitions) Work Environment: * 100% Remote * Flexible hours (Mountain Time preferred) * Collaborative and supportive legal team * Fast-paced, project-based environment Ready to take the next step?
