*Job Description*
* Call center environment - centralized RCM and Billing calls for all offices across colorado * Work from a queue to take inbound calls to respond to patient billing questions * Will also work through incoming emails during downtime on calls and make outbound calls to respond to voicemails * Provide accurate and relevant information to patients regarding insurance billing, insurance benefits and coverages, co-payments, deductibles, coinsurances, and outstanding balances due from prior or upcoming appointments/dates of service * Take patient credit card payments, process them via credit card terminal and post accurately to the practice management system * Evaluate patient inquiries and provide accurate, proper, and timely solutions * Maintain patient records (application of notes, demographic updates, etc.) in the practice management system accurately *Qualifications* * Min 6 months healthcare experience that's patient facing & involves payments * Understand prior authorization process, how to explain EOBs, what a patient is responsible for vs what insurance is responsible for * Minimum 1 year total call center experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
