TEKsystems is excited to partner with our client to find a *Customer Success Representative (CSR)* for their *Commercial Auto division*, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after their vehicle purchase. Your mission is to ensure a smooth post-sale experience by resolving issues related to vehicle delivery, documentation, warranties, and other concerns. You'll play a critical role in building trust, driving satisfaction, and ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
*Key Responsibilities* * *Issue Resolution*: Handle customer inquiries related to delivery, documentation, warranty, and post-sale concerns. * *Customer Communication*: Provide timely, clear, and empathetic updates throughout the resolution process. * *Cross-Functional Coordination*: Collaborate with logistics, finance, and service teams to resolve issues efficiently. * *Customer Education*: Guide customers through post-sale processes and available support resources. * *Feedback Loop*: Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve internal processes. *What Success Looks Like* * Customers feel *heard, supported, and confident* in their purchase. * Issues are resolved *quickly and accurately*, minimizing repeat contacts. * The CSR acts as a *trusted advisor*, not just a problem-solver. * Internal teams receive *actionable feedback* to improve the customer journey. *Qualifications* * 1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or post-sales support (automotive or logistics experience a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk). * Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. * High attention to detail and organizational skills. *Why Join Us?* * *Supportive Work Environment:* Our client is committed to excellence and customer success, offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace. * *Growth Opportunities:* We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
