Hiring a Facilitator to join and train the sales team for a large Finance and Accounting Software Company! Must be local to Plano TX or Atlanta GA Must be willing to travel Description: Come join the Sales Enablement team as a Coaching Facilitator and Delivery Specialist. This role will heavily involve travel for onsite delivery and facilitation of our established coaching programs. This role is focused on cultivating a transformative data-driven sales coaching culture that ignites potential, accelerates seller performance, drives engagement, and fuels unstable sales growth. Travel onsite frequently to various offices across different geographies and business units to deliver and facilitate coaching programs. Observe sales teams, listen to sales calls, and align sales coaching plans with sales leaders. Provide onsite coaching and training to sales coaches and sales teams based on sales coaching plans and the sales coaching enablement program. Establish sales coaching accountabilities within the sales coaching enablement program to ensure coaches are driving consistent and measurable impact. Qualifications: Extensive experience in coaching facilitation and program delivery, preferably within a large, matrixed organization. Experience in sales enablement, with significant experience in sales coaching and facilitating training programs for leaders and teams. Experience with call reviews, coaching calibration, and certification processes for managers or leaders. Leadership experience, having managed a team of direct reports Strong understanding of sales and coaching methodology best practices, with the ability to articulate and apply them effectively. Ability to adapt coaching and facilitation styles to meet the varied needs of different business units and audiences. Demonstrated ability to coach sellers and sales leaders that drives measurable results Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.27 - $53.27/hr.
