*************************** HYBRID ROLE (4X Days on site) ************************************************** This Product Analyst will be responsible for defining and executing initiatives in collaboration with our key stakeholders and partners across multiple lines of business. The role will have understanding of business and technical capabilities, identify gaps and deliver product roadmaps for new capabilities. A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization while wearing multiple hats, be comfortable working autonomously, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications. As the subject matter expert for Supply Chain, the role will be a liaison to the business, development, implementation and support teams as well as support projects, enhancements, backlog and prioritization of features and capabilities. *Responsibilities*: * Lead cross-functional collaboration between development, testing, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) configurations. * Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor coordination for COTS and SaaS solutions. * Translate business needs into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and data mappings. * Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum. * Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. * Conduct feasibility assessments and develop business cases to support strategic initiatives. * Identify and implement process improvements based on product sustainment and user feedback. * Ensure traceability and validation of requirements through design, development, and testing phases. * Mentor team members on best practices, standards, and agile methodologies. *Qualifications*: * 5+ years of experience in business analysis with expertise in warehouse management and supply chain systems. * Lead cross-functional discussions and drive product strategy across multiple business lines. * Highly skilled in Agile practices, DevOps concepts, and system configuration, including CI/CD and TDD. * Strong analytical and communication skills with experience translating reporting needs into actionable insights. * Resolve complex issues and deliver results through strategic planning and execution. * Bachelor's degree in a related field with hands-on experience in tools like Azure DevOps, SQL, and CRM. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
