Customer Service Representative Pay: $19/hour Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire About the Opportunity: We are proud to partner with a locally owned, community-driven organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their inclusive and supportive team. This role offers the chance to work with a company that services major national accounts such as Lowe's, Amazon, Target, and Walmart. What You'll Be Doing: * Handle work ticket orders from national clients, received via phone or electronically * Qualify and verify customer service requests * Dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions * Check technicians in/out and maintain accurate records * Provide prompt and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction * Perform other duties as assigned Why Join, * Spacious, open-office environment-not a traditional call center * Relaxed but fair and supportive management team * Long-term growth potential within the company * Unlimited overtime potential after conversion (current reps earning 80+ OT hours) * 500% company growth in the last five years * Eligible for annual raises each June once permanent * Pay increase upon conversion * Hybrid work schedule available after 6 months (2 days remote / 3 days in-office) * Day shift scheduling opportunities after 6-9 months on the second shift Shifts Available: * Tuesday-Saturday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Sunday-Thursday: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM * Friday-Monday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM Training Schedule: Two weeks of in-office classroom training: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, followed by floor training on assigned shift. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
