Technical Writer Charlotte, NC (3 Days in 2 Days remote) 18 Month Contract $40-52hr Top Skills: Technical writing Technical documentation Content writing Confluence Job Description: Produce high-quality documentation including user manuals, API guides, FAQs, and online help content * Work closely with internal teams to gather information and understand documentation requirements * Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for end users * Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes * Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support written content * Ensure consistency in style, tone, and formatting across all documentation * Participate in product testing to better understand features and user experience This resource will generate blueprints and user training for workstreams. They would like someone with Confluence experience a technical framework is important because a lot of this work will be around API and python (don't need to be hands-on technical, but should come from technical writing in a tech environment) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
