*Inbound Financial Services Representative II - Digital Banking Expertise Required*

If so, we want to hear from you! We're looking for a Financial Services Representative II to join our dynamic Contact Center team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients calling in with questions about their banking needs. You'll use your strong communication skills and proven digital banking experience to provide outstanding support, resolve issues, and guide clients through a wide range of financial solutions. * Please note: Candidates must have prior experience with digital banking platforms. This is a non-negotiable requirement.* What You'll Do: * Be the Voice of the Bank: Answer inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and navigating new digital banking tools. * Deliver Personalized Service: Build meaningful relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored financial advice. * Solve Problems with Confidence: Quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions that make banking easy and stress-free. * Promote Financial Wellness: Educate clients on a full suite of financial products-accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and more. * Champion Digital Tools: Guide clients through new digital banking features and encourage adoption of online and mobile platforms. * Collaborate for Success: Refer clients to internal specialists when needed to support their broader financial goals. What You Bring: * Digital Banking Experience - You've worked with digital banking platforms and can confidently assist others in using them. * Customer Service Excellence - You're a natural communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems. * Adaptability - You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to meet client needs. * Strong Interpersonal Skills - You build trust and rapport easily, even over the phone. * Problem-Solving Mindset - You think on your feet and find solutions that work for both the client and the business. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience in a call center or help desk environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
