Whether it's answering questions, solving problems, or introducing members to new products and services, you'll be empowered to take ownership and make every experience a positive one. *What You'll Do:* * Be the go-to expert for members via phone and email, handling inquiries and account updates with professionalism and care. * Tackle challenges head-on by researching and resolving issues with urgency and a solutions-first mindset. * Spot opportunities to enhance the member experience by recommending products and services that fit their needs. * Stay sharp by keeping up with credit union policies, procedures, and industry regulations. * Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. *What You Bring:* * A passion for customer service and a knack for clear, friendly communication. * 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support role. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. * A proactive attitude and a drive to take initiative and solve problems. * Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and call center tools. * Bilingual in Spanish? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
