As a Patient Services Representative, your role is to be a compassionate and knowledgeable guide for patients navigating their fertility journey. You'll be the first point of contact, offering support and clarity during what can be an emotional and complex process. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Welcoming and Supporting Patients: Listen with empathy to callers, understand their needs, and provide clear information about treatment and financial options. * Explaining Services and Costs: Help new patients understand ARC's fertility treatment packages, pricing, and financing options, including employer benefits. * Using Salesforce CRM: Access clinic-specific information, document patient interactions, and manage follow-ups to ensure patients stay engaged and informed. * Coordinating Patient Care: Act as a liaison between patients and fertility clinics to ensure timely and smooth communication throughout the treatment process. * Handling Applications and Contracts: Review program applications, prepare patient contracts, and manage billing and loan applications. * Responding Promptly: Address patient inquiries with urgency and care to minimize delays and enhance their experience. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information in a compassionate and reassuring way. Skills: * At least 2-3 years of healthcare administrative experience is required. * Experience with Salesforce is a plus * Customer Service experience * Computer skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
