Description Client: Athletic Apparel & Footwear Position: Lead, Occupancy Planning, Center of Excellence (COE) Team: Global Places & Services Open Positions: 1 Placement Type: 11 month contract to start (until 05/31/2026), 40hrs/week Worksite Location: Open to remote US candidates Travel Requirement: Prefer to have this candidate travel to WHQ 1-2 times per quarter to work onsite with the team WHQ: Beaverton, Oregon Who We Are Looking For TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Occupancy Planning Specialist who will lead the Center of Excellence for the delivery of Occupancy Planning programs across our clients global locations. This role will support strategic space planning initiatives across multiple buildings and complex organizational structures. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to optimize workplace environments and align space utilization with business goals. The successful candidate will provide input to strategy and partner with cross functional teams to develop standards and processes; define tools, metrics and KPI's for day-to-day management of occupancy planning. You will be on a team that supports both technical and business teams. On a day-to-day basis, you will engage with various levels of stakeholders, executive sponsors and teams as well as strategic partners across the organization to define, build and implement comprehensive Occupancy Planning strategies. Additionally, this role will steward the implementation of the processes and tools with the Operations teams that manage the day-to-day execution of Occupancy Planning for each location. What You Bring 8+ years professional experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Occupancy/Space Planning, Workplace Strategy and/or Project/Program Management 3-5+ years of experience Occupancy and Space Planning Proficiency in Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), such as Archibus and IBM Tririga (used in GPS) Experience in occupancy planning for multi-buildings and complex teams Ability to think strategically, developing strategic plans, relationships and leading with an enterprise approach High profile verbal, analytical and visual communication skills and the ability to express concepts and ideas with clarity and persuasion to influence business partners across all levels of the organization Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage with user groups and to build networks Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity Ability to navigate ambiguity, and adapt in a fast-changing work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent combination of relevant education, and experience Operating segments for the brand are: North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Greater China, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
