What You'll Be Doing As a key member of our inbound contact center, you'll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out with questions about their accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools. You'll build strong relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and guide clients toward financial solutions that meet their goals. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls and assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking tools. * Building trust through meaningful conversations and personalized service. * Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions. * Promoting full suite of products-accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and more. * Educating clients on how to use our digital banking platforms. * Collaborating with internal experts to support clients' financial goals. What You Bring * 2+ Years of Experience in digital banking call centers * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. * A quiet, secure home workspace with a wired internet connection. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
