District Sales Manager- Med Device
Territory: Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Upstate New York
SUMMARY: As a Teammate, the District Sales Manager is a key individual contributor within the Natus Neuro division, not only for our company, but also for the lives of the patients and medical staff we touch through our products. Through the business relationships you create and maintain, you'll provide high quality products customers need to improve care to the patients they serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Revenue Growth
- Forecast and drive your territory's business by meeting or exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Become a product expert of assigned Natus Neuro products.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the assigned Natus Neuro product portfolio to generate sales leads, quotations, and related customer correspondence.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts with high attention to accuracy providing Management with feedback on the status of new and existing business opportunities.
- Keep track of your detailed pipeline activity through Siebel CRM.
- Provide management with feedback on the status of new and existing business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct personalized sales demonstrations to the MD and Clinical market within assigned territory.
- Partner and collaborate with Natus ASM (Area Sales Manager) to drive Neurocritical Care product and Moberg CNS sales.
- KOL Management: Build clinical and administrative champions within assigned territory.
- Develop a qualified lead sales funnel within the U.S. Regular activities consist of formal presentations and demonstrations, peer-to-peer education events, and new product introductions while driving continued adoption of the Natus Neuro portfolio.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales support and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with professionals and promote Natus products.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Conform to all Regulatory and Quality requirements.
- Utilize Siebel CRM to meticulously track and manage pipeline activity, ensuring comprehensive oversight and strategic planning for sales success.
- All other duties as assigned based on changing market conditions, company, and business needs.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college strongly preferred, MBA or Medical Qualification a strong plus
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in MedTech
- Neuro, ICU, Critical Care Units preferred
- Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders within the customer base: Physicians, Nursing, Managers, IT, Administration, C-Level executives
- Computer skills: knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Travel Requirements: Extensive travel required (<75%)- Must also be able to adhere to all requirements to move freely through airports and medical facilities.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $65,000 USD per year plus an uncapped commission plan.
