*Description*
Under the constant supervision of the provider, the medical scribe ensures that proper documentation of patient information is obtained during the patient-provider visit within the electronic medical record. *Scribing Duties:* * Accompanies the provider in the room during the visit. * Document information in the EMR to include history of present illness, review of symptoms, physical exam findings, diagnostic assessment, and plan of care as dictated by the provider. * Document results of visit. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Must have 1-2+ years of Medical Scribe or Medical Records experience * Cerner Experience a plus *Shift*: 1st shift 8 AM -5 PM *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
