What You'll Do:
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls in our dynamic call center environment. * Meet and exceed service level goals while delivering exceptional customer care. * Communicate clearly and confidently in a non-scripted setting, using your judgment and empathy to guide each conversation. * Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions with a personal touch. * Own each customer interaction from start to finish-including order processing, follow-ups, and escalations. * Accurately process requests while maintaining high quality standards. * Recommend process improvements based on customer insights and feedback. * Build lasting relationships by ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and supported. * Assist customers with: * Placing orders and quotes * Issuing returns * Tracking orders and checking status * Solving product or service issues * Identify opportunities to upsell and generate leads that support business growth. * Use all available tools and resources to find the best solutions. * Document customer interactions in Salesforce for seamless follow-up and resolution. What You Bring: * Previous call center experience is a must. * Strong customer service background with a passion for helping others. * Experience working with products and navigating customer inquiries. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. * A team-first attitude and a drive to meet personal and team goals. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
