We're looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Professionals-the first point of contact for members and providers seeking support with benefits, claims, and eligibility. *Why You'll Love This Role:* * Be the voice of care and clarity for members navigating their health benefits. * Work from the comfort of your home while making a real impact. * Join a team that values quality, service, and continuous learning. *What You'll Do:* * Answer inbound calls (80-90% of your day) from members, providers, and other stakeholders. * Provide accurate information and compassionate support on recorded lines. * Use web-based tools across dual monitors in a Windows environment. * Collaborate with a high-performing team focused on service excellence. *What You'll Need:* * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or service-heavy industry (insurance, banking, healthcare, etc.). * Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills (30 WPM typing with 95% accuracy). * A quiet, private workspace and a hard-wired internet connection (no satellite or mobile Wi-Fi). * *Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho to be eligible.* *Nice to Have:* * Experience with Salesforce or Radar. * Familiarity with medical terminology and claims processing. *Training & Schedule:* * 15 weeks of paid, comprehensive training (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PT). * Must be on camera during instructor-led sessions (9:00 AM-3:30 PM PT). * Post-training schedules may vary (including shifts as late as 7-8 PM PT and occasional Saturdays). * Shift bids will be conducted after training. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
