Cianbro has an immediate opening for an experienced HR Analyst. This position will be the intersection of HR technology and business strategy. The HR Analyst will perform data analysis, data consolidation, and management reporting through tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel. This position will also utilize our HR systems to drive process improvements. The ideal candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at turning complex data into actionable outcomes, and can independently troubleshoot and resolve challenges. This position will monitor our systems' performance, data accuracy, and provide day-to-day data support for various HR functions such as:
  • Recruiting, staffing, and onboarding
  • Performance management and succession planning
  • HR policy and compliance
  • Compensation and payroll administration
  • Benefit administration, including health, retirement, vacation, and holidays

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate and analyze data to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Perform process optimization and data integrity audits to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and integrity of organizational data within HR programs and processes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and procedural challenges, implementing timely and effective solutions.
  • Lead the creation and evaluation of system test plans to ensure data integrity during implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and maintain the system security and access for HR users.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data or processes, ensuring integrity and efficiency in HR operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical or operational issues, proposing innovative fixes as needed.
  • Serve as a system power user, assisting others with navigating system constraints and improving their understanding of the tools and processes through guidance, troubleshooting, and alternative solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • 4-7 years of work experience with reporting, data analysis, or process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the aptitude to learn and grow.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized with excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent analytical mindset with a knack for breaking down intricate challenges into manageable steps.
