Do you have a knack for turning challenges into opportunities? We're on the lookout for a Residential Supervisor to oversee our lively residential houses and keep the Newport Program running like a well-oiled machine (with a sprinkle of joy!). You'll work hand-in-hand with our amazing Care Coordinator Staff, providing guidance, support, and a whole lot of encouragement. Plus, you'll be the bridge between our dedicated Clinical Team and our fantastic group facilitators, ensuring our residents receive the best individualized care possible. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling Wizardry: Tackle scheduling hiccups and present solutions to the Residential Manager like a pro! Delegation Dynamo: Pass the baton and delegate responsibilities from shift to shift with flair. Training Superstar: Choose and train shift leads, turning them into the superheroes of their shifts! Weekly Huddles: Host fun and productive weekly meetings with shift leads to celebrate wins and brainstorm improvements. One-on-One Coaching: Provide weekly individual supervision for the Lead Care Coordinator-because everyone deserves a cheerleader! Team Spirit: Facilitate monthly POD meetings to keep the momentum going and tackle challenges together. Talent Scout: Collaborate with the Residential Manager to find and hire new team members who share our passion. Training Guru: Deliver engaging training sessions from the Newport module for new direct care staff and keep the learning going for everyone. Performance Coach: Conduct performance evaluations for Care Coordinators and Lead Care Coordinators-let's celebrate growth! Communication Champion: Keep the lines open with the Clinical Team, sharing insights and plans with your direct care crew every day. Treatment Team MVP: Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings, providing valuable feedback and submitting action plans that make a difference. Activity Planner: Schedule and facilitate fun activities for residents-think birthday celebrations, weekend adventures, and closing circles! Supportive Sidekick: Be available to jump in and support staff during challenging situations-teamwork makes the dream work! Family Liaison: Communicate with parents about logistics and concerns, building strong relationships along the way. Group Leader: Cover groups and facilitate weekly community meetings-let's keep the energy high! Family Connector: Develop and maintain relationships with families, providing updates and making them feel included in the journey. Emergency Manager: Handle AWOL and non-clinical emergencies during on-call rotations like a pro! Intake Specialist: Oversee new resident intakes and ensure all consents are in order for your POD. Safety Sentinel: Ensure our community remains a safe and welcoming space for everyone. Qualifications
Compensation for this role ranges from $68,640-$72,640 annually depending on education and experience.
