Summary

The MIL Corporationis seeking a Data Systems Analyst, Basic (C-SCRM) (Database Administration, Junior Analyst). The successful candidate will serve at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.

This position currently requires an on-site schedule with 5 days on-site and is eligible for Compressed Work Schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Discovers opportunities for data acquisition and data systems integration; performs research, design and development for databases and data processing systems.
  • Develops data systems, architectures and models.
  • Leverages high-performance computing infrastructures into systems architecture.
  • Recommends best architectures, tools, and technologies to address organizational needs.
  • Examines data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of providing new insight.
  • Designs and implements custom algorithms, flow processes and layouts for complex, enterprise-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research purposes.

Travel

5% to other sites, as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience performing the work identified above
  • Must obtain qualifications aligned with one or more DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) roles - 421, or 422 - within 180 days of contract performance start. A list of acceptable certifications can be found on the Navy Credentialing Opportunities On-Line website(https://www.cool.osd.mil/usn/cswf/index.html?CWFModel)
  • Must gain qualification for system(s) "Privileged Access" within 180 days by having one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP in addition to the OS/CE Certification/Qualification(s)

  • Knowledge of supply chain management and associated risks
  • Experience performing market research and data analysis
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, and communications skills
  • Ability to work in both a team environment as well as individually

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline - Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Data Analytics / Management or related derivative degrees.

Clearance

All applicants for this positionmustpossess a currentSecretclearance and must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance. Please note that the clearance process considers financial background aspects.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $62,000 - $92,000per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
