Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The Division of Student Affairs comprises over 30 departments, each responsible for providing various student support, services, and educational programs accessible to the university community. Job Duties
This position serves as a member of the Central Reservations Office ( CRO) team and plays a vital role in supporting event operations across CRO-managed facilities. The position is responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of staging, sound systems, stage lighting, audiovisual equipment, and related software to support a wide range of campus events. This role also includes supervising and training student employees who assist with event production support, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours as event schedules demand.
Minimum Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in theatre arts, and demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
