Leads the technical design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Compensation solutions, and other Workday modules as needed. Serves as a technical expert and strategic partner for HR, Payroll, and Compensation teams, ensuring that Workday Compensation configurations align with business goals and compliance requirements. Evaluate system needs, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless data integration and reporting across platforms. Maintains system integrity, manages internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to support HR planning and decision-making.

What you will do:

  • Lead the HRIS team's effort in ensuring a seamless and effective experience for internal stakeholders utilizing Workday Advanced Compensation.

  • Provide overall project management of key HR initiatives and special projects, with a primary focus on project execution related to Workday Advanced Compensation.

  • Maintain timely, accurate HR system data and improve our business processes, removing pain points.

  • Produce and analyze reports and metrics and support functional areas with HR system operations.

  • Provide support to the Workday system with a focus on business processes and application support activities, configurations, security, and optimization.

  • Provide support for integration related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving data or system discrepancies.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to explain complex system functionality and processes to non-technical users; strong training and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the big-picture framework of compensation design, interdependencies, and data architecture.

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills; ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.

  • Experience supporting Time Off Plans, Time Tracking.

  • Experience supporting Workday Payroll (preferred).

You need to have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience supporting HR systems, with at least 5 years of direct Workday experience in a technical, hands-on role.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Workday Advanced Compensation, including end-to-end setup, EIB data loads, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Strong understanding of Workday integrations and their connection with other business systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Admin, or a related field - or equivalent work experience in HRIS.
