QC Inspector

• Use calipers, CMMs, micro-VUs, and visual checks to verify incoming materials, inprocess assemblies, and final products.

• Analyze discrepancies, initiate NCMR/MRB/RMA reports, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues swiftly.

• Keep products moving seamlessly-from IQC/IPQC to FQC and final shipping-while maintaining accurate MRP and DHR records.

• Lead first-article inspections, collect test data, and propose Lean/Six Sigma-driven improvements.

• Work closely with QEs, Manufacturing, NPI, and R&D-raising quality concerns and suggesting engineering changes when needed.

• Support complaint investigations and uphold ISO 13485 and GMP procedures in line with our QMS.

• High school diploma/GED required; BS in Engineering preferred.

• CSQT or ASQ certification a plus.

• Strong skills with dimensional tools, GD&T, rootcause analysis, and statistical reporting.

• Proficiency in reading mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.

• Professional communicator-excel in cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

• Tech-savvy with Windows, MS Office, CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks), MRP/ECR/DHR systems.

• Approved color vision test and comfort standing or moving small boxes in a fast-paced production floor.

• Your inspections directly ensure patient safety and regulatory readiness.

• Sharpen your expertise with CMM programming, Lean/Six Sigma methods, and root-cause tooling.

• Partner daily with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers-your voice influences product quality.

• Pursue advanced certifications. Opportunities abound in QE, NPI, Calibration, or Quality Engineering pathways.
