What You'll Do

As a Solution Specialist, you will:



  • Serves as a subject matter expert on Breg Solutions programs, including Vision and Breg's Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) management system.
  • Facilitates meetings with relevant employees from Breg, Breg Impact, and client practices ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
  • Collects, documents, and organizes data for installation and implementation processes, including printed/electronic binders, device requests, and materials.
  • Oversees technical implementation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, while driving installations to a seamless completion using available resources.
  • Trains, coaches, and assists clients throughout implementation and user adoption, providing ongoing customer support to existing Impact accounts within the assigned region/territory.
  • Assists with reactive account maintenance, including Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS)/key code updates, integration mapping, fee schedules, and location additions.
  • Supports Solution Managers with audits, denials, business reviews, Medicare/billing training, and product gap identification.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (Sales, Field Service, Integrations, Technical Support) to deliver seamless customer service and align with Field Service operations.
  • Provides feedback on market dynamics and payer nuances, identifying and addressing technical or operational challenges to improve efficiency.
  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.
  • Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, Own it, Solve it, and Do it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.


    What You Bring



    • Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in marketing, business or sports medicine, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3+ years experience in one of the following:

      • Orthopedic, sports medicine, or athletic training background.
      • Office processes in orthopedic or doctor's offices.
      • Sales training experience.
      • Previous medical product experience


    • Must have experience using Apple Products in a business environment.
    • Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

    Work Schedules include....



    • May include variable start/end times outside of the company's standard business hours of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
    • This position will require travel, including overnight travel (up to 50%); primarily domestic. S/he will be required to make visits to hospitals, physician's offices, and other medical facilities.


    Compensation

    Salary Range: $56,300-$82,800 per year. Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
