Administrative Assistant

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Administrative Assistant at Moody Air Force Base near Valdosta, GA.

This contract position offers:

Full Time Hours Monday-Friday 7:30 a to 4:00 p

Job Requirements:

• The contractor employee shall possess the ability to provide information and assistance to members based on personal, written or telephone inquiries.
• The contractor employee shall possess functional skill in typing and use of computers for word processing, use of various Microsoft Office programs, database management for monitoring, is required.
• The contractor employee shall possess sufficient skills in operating computer terminals, scanners, copiers, printers
• The contractor employee shall have at least one year employment experience in Human Resource support role.
• The contractor employee shall have at least one year employment experience in a healthcare facility.
