ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures, including Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemicals used.
  • Uphold integrity by remaining attentive and organized to produce consistent quality products.
  • Operate production processes and equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Clean and inspect process equipment for use in production.
  • Unload, receive, and inspect incoming raw material deliveries.
  • Package, inspect, and load outgoing shipments.
  • Sample specified materials for quality control testing.
  • Count inventory of production materials, as required, and maintain specified storage conditions.
  • Maintain housekeeping and organization standards in the facility.
  • Complete daily inspections and minor maintenance on applicable production equipment.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, functions, or departments to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization.
  • Keep the supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodic communication takes place.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and keeping abreast of industry trends and related compliance issues within the area of responsibilities.
  • Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable to the department and job duties as appropriate.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by the supervisor or Management
