Purchasing Assistant

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is looking to add a Purchasing Assistant to our team in West Salem, Wisconsin.

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for processing and expediting orders pertaining to general and specialized medical supplies, clinical supplies, medical equipment, and services.

What's Available:

• Full time, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE)

• Schedule primarily Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

• Location: Must be within driving distance to our location in West Salem, WI

• After training there is a potential to have a hybrid schedule - Will allow a few day a week off-site

• Starting pay of $21.15/hour and up, based on your years of experience

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• Previous office experience preferred with strong organization and communication skills
