Program Management Analyst

TSC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Management Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to the Program Manager and project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily operational tracking, financial reporting, and internal coordination efforts across the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Deputy Program Manager in financial monitoring and tracking activities
  • Review and track employee hours daily using Costpoint
  • Communicate accurate charge codes and timekeeping guidance to team members
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a STEM-related field plus 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Interim Secret security clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience using Adobe Pro, SharePoint and Costpoint
  • Previous experience supporting DoD programs
