As the Compensation Manager, you play a key role in attracting and retaining talent by ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices within the organization. This role will manage the day-to-day administration of compensation programs including working closely with a team of Compensation Analysts to analyze job roles, conduct salary surveys, evaluate market trends, and make recommendations for salary structures, and other compensation-related initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver competitive and strategically aligned compensation solutions that support the company's compensation philosophy, goals, and values. This role involves a high level of strategic thinking and collaboration with business leaders and HR teams to influence compensation decisions.
