We are on the hunt for an inspiring leader to ignite growth and spearhead Juniper's Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our cutting-edge AI Data Center portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will shape bold strategies, expand our customer base, and build a world-class sales organization, leveraging the full power of Juniper's resources. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the vision for Juniper's Cloud Ready Data Center (CRDC) sales strategy, setting the tone for success. Serve as the go-to expert and thought leader for all Data Center GTM initiatives, driving innovation and results. Orchestrate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, partners, services) to deliver transformative solutions for customers. Cultivate a thriving pipeline of opportunities, implementing robust territory and quota plans. Deliver precise forecasts and consistently exceed revenue, margin, and market share goals. Lead with a consultative, value-driven approach, creating long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Energize and align key partners to amplify our GTM strategy. Elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint, ensuring delight and loyalty. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing Data Center Specialist Sales team. Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and empowerment, deeply aligned with Juniper's values. Champion open communication, driving alignment with Juniper's mission and strategic vision. Qualifications
15+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing large, high-performing teams (20-50+). A proven track record of driving $100M+ in annual revenue. Expertise in networking, high-tech solutions, and selling integrated hardware, software, and services. Exceptional ability to forge and deepen executive (CxO-level) relationships. A visionary mindset with sharp analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated success in delivering innovative GTM strategies and long-term sales growth plans.
#LI-Stephaniet Minimum Salary: $424,000.00 Maximum Salary:$609,500.00 The pay range for this position is expected to be between $424,000.00 and $609,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
