OpenText |is looking for a motivated and talented Office 365 Operations Specialists. We are a leading provider of cloud services creating software using agile processes and modern technologies. In this role you will become a specialist in delivery of Microsoft cloud services. This team assists in developing processes, supporting multiple departments, and helping execute complex customer deployments.

Your Impact

• Conveying information regarding technology and product positioning to technical and non-technical internal/external customers
• Facilitating initial workflow and communication with customers and partners for new account setups
• Managing processes from start to completion
• Collaborating with multiple departments regarding product optimization, feature enhancements, overall service health, and reporting of feedback
• Assisting in the support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of Zix | AppRiver systems used in the development and delivery of Microsoft cloud services

What you need to succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn Microsoft cloud services and portals
• Prior technical experience with online portals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A passion for helping customers and delivering excellent results in challenging technical environments
• Skills to prioritize and work responsibly in collaborative and individual situations
• Capability to multi-task, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn new technology
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Aptitude to understand DNS, email routing, software deployment, data migration
• Work schedule:- This team works between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday. Opportunity for OT as needed. Occasional on-call weekend shift with OT paid.
