As a Graphic Design Manager and being based in East Hanover, NJ, you will report to our Innovation Director and will work with a team of creative professionals to develop innovative design concepts to support marketing programs and client presentations. You will create and produce dynamic multimedia presentations.




  • Create and Influence:Own the end-to-end design process-from concept to execution-developing compelling visual solutions that align with our goals and brand identity. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Evaluation, and the Creative Center to deliver high-quality assets for campaigns, presentations, packaging, and promotions across digital and print platforms. Ensure consistency, creativity, and strategic impact in all deliverables.



Core Skills & Aesthetic Abilities Used:

Brand Identity and Packaging: Create logos, labels, and full visual systems for fragrance bottles, outer packs, and gift sets.

Typography and Layout: Craft editorial-quality lookbooks, press kits, and trend reports.

Trend Translation: Visually interpret olfactive and cultural trends into compelling design.

Digital and Motion: Develop animations and physical storytelling for social, web, and in-store.

3D Visualization: Render product mockups and immersive brand spaces.

Photography Direction: Support shoot styling with an eye for light, mood, and texture.

Scented Storytelling: Translate invisible elements like fragrance and emotion into striking visual narratives.




  • Partner and Collaborate:Participate in marketing meetings as a key Development team member. Engage with our teams and external vendors or freelancers to complete projects. Understand client products and processes to inform design decisions that meet actual business directives.


  • Learn and Teach:Stay ahead of design and technology trends, sharing inspiration and expertise with the team. Apply new tools such as AR/VR and 3D visualization to improve storytelling. Maintain an organized archive of past creative work and mentor junior design team members. Uphold and champion Givaudan's branding guidelines.



You?



  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or similar with shareable project work and portfolio.
  • 4+ years in a similar role at agency level or in a multinational company helpful
  • Demonstrate proficiency in appropriate MAC/PC visual design software and comfortable directing freelance creatives
  • Skill-set includes: video editing, digital animation, social media design, design for web/apps and ability to work or direct in new technologies (AR, VR, QR)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite(Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Firefly and Acrobat), Powerpoint, Video editing techniques, UX design, Midjourney
  • Select appropriate medium/technology to support marketing message(s)

Job Title and Base Salary commensurate with education and experience. $90k-$125k per year.
