Position Summary:

Performs work that includes manual assembly of parts and follows the standard workflow/process procedures. Work may be performed as an individual contributor or in a team environment. Performs repetitive or semi-repetitive assembly of parts by performing the following duties.

Job Description:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Quality Control on all products
  • Assembly of various products
  • Cleaning, polishing & Deburring products
  • Engraving of various products
  • Testing of various products
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintaining Documentation and Paperwork standards


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Required Skills: Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills (English)
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to use eye-hand coordination to manipulate small to large parts for assembly.
  • The employee is frequently required to stand/sit for long periods.
  • Employee must be able to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job includes up-close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • High School degree or GED.
  • Prefer one to two years related experience and/or training.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:



  • Must be an individual with proven initiative and demonstrated accountability in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
