We're seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist with deep expertise in HLA and transplant diagnostics experience. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for our cutting-edge lab products-leading technical validation, troubleshooting, and training for both internal teams and external partners. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate closely with the commercial team to support product adoption and customer success. Your 5+ years of hands-on HLA lab experience and strong command of molecular biology techniques will empower you to solve complex challenges, interpret critical data, and elevate the customer experience. Remote: US only roles The anticipated base salary range in the United States is $100,000 to $125,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
