Head Cook II- FTP2 (Night Shift)

Pay Rate: $17.80 per hour

Night Shift

• To operate and monitor all cooking processes and programs.Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
• The Head Cook II is responsible for anything that is cooked during his / her shift.
• He / she is also responsible for filling out all cooking related HACCP documents and verifying the validity of a HACCP Programs.
• The Head Cook II must log all cooking activity and report any cooking deviations to plant management.

• Must be able to keep up with company standards pertaining to temperatures and HACCP programs
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a cold environment for an extended period of time
• Must be able to work while standing for the entirety of the shift
• Must be able to work safely and communicate well with others
• Must be able to pass BTE Level 3
• Must track and document all temperature checks
• Must keep thorough, accurate and legible records
• Must be able to check and log all HACCP checks
• Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
