Role Overview:
We are seeking a Program Oversight & Operations Support Specialist to help drive the execution and ongoing management of NYL's agent collaboration initiatives. This role will provide critical support in program planning, execution, tracking, and communications, helping to ensure that our teaming models and collaboration programs deliver consistent, scalable value to our agents and clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling programs that make a real business impact. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, comfort working across teams, and a solutions-oriented mindset.



What You'll Do:
Program Oversight & Execution
* Support day-to-day management of advisor collaboration initiatives (e.g., Collaboration program), including project tracking, scheduling, and documentation
* Assist in defining program timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
* Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment among business, product, and field teams
* Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, and status reports to monitor progress and flag issues


Operations Support
* Maintain program documentation, guides, playbooks, and operational materials
* Respond to field-facing inquiries and support escalation tracking/resolution
* Assist in setting up and managing governance processes for program oversight
* Coordinate logistics for working sessions, field engagement calls, and leadership updates


Reporting & Insights
* Partner with analytics and product teams to track adoption, usage, and key program metrics
* Compile and summarize data-driven insights to inform program enhancements
* Support the development of presentations and communications for leadership and field audiences


Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with marketing, training, and technology teams to support communication and rollout activities
* Help manage stakeholder input and feedback loops, ensuring their voice is incorporated into program decisions
* Participate in planning and execution of field-facing webinars, workshops, and engagement campaigns


What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience

* 5-7 years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years in program oversight, operations, or project coordination
* Experience in financial services or insurance industry is a plus
* Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools, with Specialization in Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$77,500 - $112,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
