Job Summary: The Strategic Executive Analyst will provide support to the President and VPs at IES Communications. The SEA will manage strategic initiatives. They will analyze and identify inefficiencies in executive workflows or team processes and recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Executive Support & Coordination Provide proactive and strategic administrative support to executive leadership. Manage team planning, meeting agendas, and follow-ups. Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications. Strategic Initiative Management Partner with executives to plan, track, and implement key business initiatives. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries to support decision-making. Monitor initiative progress and help remove blockers by coordinating cross-functional resources. Process Improvement & Optimization Analyze and identify inefficiencies in executive workflows or team processes. Recommend and implement tools or procedural changes to improve productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to document and streamline recurring tasks or systems. Leverage technology (e.g., automation platforms, dashboards, templates) to reduce manual work. Handles other responsibilities as assigned. Min USD $25.00/Hr. Max USD $30.00/Hr. Qualifications Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and lead others to create, develop and implement project process improvement(s). Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. Must have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Can work both independently and as part of a team. Regular attendance is mandatory Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business analysis and executive support role. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to accept responsibility for projects/processes and ability to work with limited direct supervision, highly motivated, resourceful.
