Contracts Administrator Location:Colorado Springs, CO Job ID: #71185 Pay Range: $23-28 Duration: 6-12 months contract The deadline to apply is 07/11/2025 Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level Contracts Administrator. In this position, you will be responsible for proposing, negotiating, and administering a variety of contracts and performing general business systems administration. Specific Responsibilities: Contract data input/entry into ERP system Completing contract closeout Supporting and maintaining contractual records, proposal logs and reporting Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders Negotiate and administer non-disclosure agreements Draft contractual letters and general business correspondence Maintain official contractual documentation Provide contractual guidance and support to functional areas (i.e. Legal, Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain etc.) Support contract process improvement efforts Completing special projects, as required Experience/Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite Proficiency in SharePoint Ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR clauses BS or BA in an applicable field (business, legal, etc.) Benefits provided:401K,medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law.
