Summary
The Payroll Assistant Manager will utilize their knowledge of payroll laws to administer the payment and reporting of wages, including taxes and other deductions, maintenance of time & attendance records, and paid time off balances in accordance with organizational policies, collective bargaining agreements and governmental regulations.They will process changes to employee master records in ADP, calculate special payments, reconcile payroll registers, process 3rd party payments, and distribute various reports and checks to both employees and sites. Experience with complex, large payroll processing environments and ADP is required, SAP experience is preferred. Windows and MS Office capability is required. The Payroll Assistant Manager should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and technical acumen to support large scale technology implementation and integrations. #LI-JP1 Responsibilities

Physical Requirements The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The estimated salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $125,400. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
