Child Watch Attendant

Your Role:

As a Child Watch Attendant, you'll be a key part of our team, providing attentive care for children ages 0-7 while their caregivers enjoy the Kroc Center's programs and facilities. With your positive energy and nurturing approach, you'll help create a space where children feel safe and parents feel confident leaving them in good hands.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and engage children aged 0-7 years in age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for children and their families.
• Collaborate with parents to address any specific needs or concerns regarding their child's care.
• Keep the Child Watch area clean, organized, and well-maintained.

What Are We Looking For:

• Prior experience working with children, such as babysitting, childcare, or daycare.
• Passion for creating a positive and fun environment for children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
• Basic understanding of child development and safety protocols.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Availability to work evening and weekend shifts.

Position Details & Perks:

• Pay: $15.00/hour
• Schedule: Part-time, up to 19 hours per week
