In this strategically important role as Global Innovation Manager Continence Care, you will be in a global position to lead the future development of products, partnerships, claims and services within our Continence Care portfolio. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, Continence Care, you will be inspired knowing you are in a leading position to help empower and enable those who need our products and services to help to them lead a more rewarding and dignified life - by personally making a difference every day.

Hollister Incorporated is operating in a hybrid working environment with a weekly 3 day onsite requirement. Travel load of up to 20% expected, primarily to R&D facility and organised team meetings.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for leading the Global Marketing Innovation strategy and pipeline development; enabling GMO to deliver on high priority new product development (NPD) launches from ideation to execution. Responsibilities include:



  • Collaborates with the R&D and Business Development to build a comprehensive and focused 5 year innovation roadmap and leads the delivery of products.
  • Partners with the downstream marketing team (GMO and markets) to ensure that new product strategy and innovation roadmap is aligned with global and local needs.
  • Identify the market innovation trends in Continence Care
  • Launch and lead appropriate market research insights/generation
  • Leads claims strategy development with GMO, R&D, IEP team.
  • Inputs into FEI innovation process from trend gathering, consumer insight discovery to concept development and validation.
  • Support product portfolio related Operations initiatives (i.e., cost savings) that have a customer/market facing component where relevant.
  • Liaise and forge strong relationships with internal departments and external agencies to ensure all work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead collaboration with external partners on identified projects.



Essential Functions of the Role:



  • Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional business, project, and strategic decision-making.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.

  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in medical device or healthcare industry with product development experience



Education Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare or technical discipline



Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:



  • Strong relationship management and communications skills
  • Project management and cross collaboration experience
  • Healthcare and/or medical device experience
  • Business case building experience
  • Ability to identify relevant insights and develop actionable concepts/opportunities.
  • Robust analytical ability and understanding of forecasting process.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare/medical devices environment required Solid understanding of healthcare reimbursement policies and potential impact on Hollister strategy.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing plans/campaigns preferred.
  • Regional or global marketing experience/ collaboration

  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,355 - $192,264 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
