Summary of Job Description: The Manager, Accounting (Restaurant - A/R) is responsible for managing all A/R accounting functions related to domestic and international franchised, licensed, and non-traditional company-owned restaurant locations. This includes the preparation of periodic, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for leadership. This position works closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with accounting-related terms in agreements and contracts and oversees relationships with Accounts Receivable partners. The Manager, Accounting also supports the balance sheet reconciliation process. Additionally, this position leads the annual licensee/franchise audit and contributes to the preparation of Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) reporting. The Manager, Accounting manages a team of professional and support staff, providing coaching and development to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities:
