*A US Based Freight Exchange and Provider of Transportation Information serving the United States is interested in hiring a Customer Service Representative to their team in Beaverton, Oregon! This position is hybrid, a schedule of 5am 1pm Mon - Fri after training, and paying $20/hr.*
*Description* Inbound customer service team. Team for Business to Business Calls. This is not a position calling the general public. *As a Customer Service Rep you are -* * Develops strong relationships with customers and ensures timely payments. * Strong communicator who takes a proactive approach to working with customers and teams to resolve issues. * Driven and motivated to research and analyze challenges to help find solutions. * Detail oriented and highly organized to ensure all tasks are completed. *As a Customer Service Rep you will -* * Manage customer accounts, receiving and accurately posting payments. * Inform customers about the status of their accounts in a timely manner. * Collect payments from customers to bring overdue accounts current. * Investigate billing related questions and work directly with customers to resolve any issues. *Skills & Qualifications* * 1-2 years of success working in a billing or call center is strongly preferred. * Strong familiarity with Salesforce preferred. Intermediate skills working with other CRM will also be considered. * Intermediate understanding of credit and collections systems and procedures is strongly preferred. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
