About You Colliers is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to support a key Fortune 500 client in managing a large-scale, enterprise-wide real estate portfolio. This individual will report to the Customer's Director of Real Estate & Facilities at the Customer's North American Headquarters (as well as to the Executive Account Director / Colliers Brokerage Team) and play a critical role in executing real estate strategies, managing transactions, and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires deep commercial (corporate occupier) real estate expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume, multi-site activities in collaboration with both client stakeholders and Colliers' global resources.
