As a Raw Materials Prep Associate, you are in charge of the preparation and delivery of the raw materials to the production lines in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Functions:

Completes all quality testing and measurement requirements; performs and documents testing of non-conforming materials as prescribed/assigned
• Prepares raw materials (compound and substrate mixtures) to SOP specification to use in production.
• Ensures materials are delivered to the production lines in a timely manner
• Provides timely and friendly service to all customers
• Actively maintains a clean work area
• PPE Provided: N95 Mask / Respirator; worn ~20-25% of the time during 12hr shift.
• Clean Facial Hair required

Schedule:

• 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM
• Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a 3 day off!
• The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay:

• Base Rate: $20.55 - $23.01/hr. DOE (M-Sun)
• + Night Premium: $2.00/hr. (Mon-Sun)
• + Weekend Premium: $4.00/hr. (Fri-Sun)
• = Effective Hourly rate: $25.53 - $28.11 / hr. DOE.
• (Includes base pay, weekend premium, and OT)

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age required.
• Outstanding attendance
• Stand/work for a 12-hour shift.
• Forklift experience or willing to learn.
• Previous experience working independently with minimal direction is required.
• Ability to manage time and respond quickly to multiple tasks required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment

• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
• Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
