Could you be the full-time onsite Senior Assistant - Site Coordinator in Denver, CO, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations at the Denver International Airport APM Service Delivery Center by managing procurement, financial, and scheduling tasks, as well as maintaining confidential employee and payroll information. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (site management, purchasing, accounts payable, and EHS), act as a key user for tools like Ariba and Inspire, and support the coordination of important meetings and events, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Serving as the direct link between site management, purchasing, and accounts payable,



  • Acting as the interface between all stakeholders within and outside the department,



  • Preparing and organizing important meetings and seminars, including logistical preparation and related documentation,



  • Managing attendance records, including tracking vacation and absences (e.g., sick, bereavement, other),



  • Handling employee timesheets and payroll processes,



  • Managing visitor processes, including sign-in, safety briefings, and issuing temporary badges,



  • Serving as the Ariba key user and supporting purchasing topics such as purchase requests, goods receipts, and invoice settlements,



  • Serving as the Inspire key user and ensuring invoices are settled before escalation.

  • Degree in business, administration, or a similar field (Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree desirable),



  • Strong finance / accounting skills required,



  • Experience with or understanding of vendor portals for accounts payable,



  • Familiarity with Office Suite and collaborative tools and technologies,



  • Strong communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar,



  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing documentation,



  • Proficiency in preparing and coordinating presentations and disseminating information,



  • Ability to work autonomously, efficiently, and proactively while managing multiple priorities,



  • Strong organizational skills for tracking employee attendance and payroll.

Base salary range: $65,000 - $85,000
