Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote, once training is complete) and is based out of the Mankato, MN Office.

The contributions you will make:

This position supports the organization through professional, high quality client service to internal and external clients, prospects and third parties.

A typical day:

Client Service

• Provides exceptional service and a consistent client experience that aligns with the mission and vision of Compeer.
• Responds to client faxes and email
• Monitors Compass email box & triages as necessary
• At the client's request, performs a variety of transactions, money movement (ACH, Templated Wires); payoff requests and client registrations.
• Answers and resolves client questions including address changes, patronage information and eSign
• Actively promotes the organization's digital offering to enhance the client experience.
• Assists clients in account maintenance corrections. Investigates misapplied payments and consults with Finance as needed to understand data to assist in correcting the issue or explaining the issue to the client.
• Transfers incoming calls to the appropriate team member when needed.

Document Management Support

• Processes all returned mail.
• Collateral Insurance
• Monitors for insurance placement and cancelations.
• Gathers information for the correct coverage
• Performs other specialty tasks as needed to meet the needs of the organization.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Client service experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Strong client service and phone skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal
• Computer skills, including MS Office applications, customer relationship management (CRM) programs, online banking applications, document management software and other related applications
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
