Position Summary:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead all warehouse operations and strategy, including receiving, inventory control, and material flow. This leadership role is responsible for aligning warehouse activities with broader organizational goals, supervising and developing warehouse staff, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. This position requires a high level of discretion, independent judgment, and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing performance, and driving process improvements
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and inventory management platforms
  • Strong computer skills including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment, safety procedures, and materials handling practices
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, including use of data and metrics
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work onsite full time in a warehouse environment
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and navigate a warehouse/production floor
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or extended shifts as needed to support business operations

  • Accountable for leading, managing, and developing the warehouse and receiving teams to ensure alignment with company standards and goals. This includes designing, implementing, and refining processes to enhance operational efficiency, space utilization, and inventory accuracy. Accountable for overseeing inventory management practices such as physical inventory, cycle counts, and system accuracy, while establishing performance standards, KPIs, and productivity goals and holding team members accountable through regular feedback and reviews. Also responsible for overseeing the receipt, inspection, and storage of raw materials, component parts, and finished goods; acting as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and departments such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service; ensuring regulatory compliance and proper handling of obsolete inventory; and leveraging data to drive decisions that support production timelines, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Performs other leadership duties and strategic initiatives as assigned
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support production flow, delivery schedules, and customer commitments. Lead by example, model accountability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Communicate warehouse performance and goals clearly to both team members and stakeholders, using data to inform planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. Facilitate team engagement through open communication, ongoing training, and effective mentorship
  • Empowered to review and enhance operational workflows to align with company goals, while exercising autonomy in recruiting, hiring, and managing warehouse personnel. Establish department objectives and implement policies and procedures that drive efficiency and performance. Strategically allocate resources-including labor, equipment, and space-to meet evolving operational needs, and apply independent judgment when addressing complex or escalated challenges

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 (DOE) plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
