The Business Analyst/Project Coordinator for the Community & Government Relations team is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Community & Government Relations department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This position reports to the Vice President of Community & Government Relations or designee.

What You'll Do:
Community & Government Relations Support:



  • Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings with community leaders, government officials and elected representatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials and presentations for community and government meetings.
  • Maintain accurate contact information for key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



Communication and Coordination:



  • Establish working relationships with other departments and external parties. This role plays a key part in facilitating relationship with community organizations government agencies and elected officials.



Other Duties:



  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
  • May perform basic research tasks, gather and analyze data related to community and government relations, communications and sustainability projects.
  • May provide support for company events and activities beyond the CR/GR department, such as board meetings or employee relations functions.
  • Perform other related duties as required


Qualifications

  • Ability to independently anticipate, identify, prioritize and execute against multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
